I am Paul Cathcart

I was a a gourmet chef and Restauranteur for 22 years winning many awards with my wife Jane for Digbys Restaurant on Dun Laoghaire seafront south of Dublin.

For the next 18 years I ran a very successful snack Bakery

called Irish Flapjack and Muffin Company.

When I sold that I travelled to many fascinating places taking lots of Photos. Then 3 years ago I started a 2 year professional Photography course which in the 3rd year could lead to a BA in Photography. In the meantime this website shows some of my work and some of the services I can offer.
